Riverview Motel
November 2, 2007

I interviewed Julie Sites, Owner of Eagle Crest Apartments, Riverview Motel, and Meadow Brook Ridge Condos. I’ll be honest and say that I was blown away at what I saw and the endless potential that Julie had developed in her condo units. The Riverview Motel was started by her father, and she continues his dream and made it her own reality. With amazing view of the Penobscot River and furnished apartments that would easily go for more money anywhere else I’ve traveled, but Julie and her staff of 7 to 9 keep the grounds inside and out looking spectacular. For only $375 per week and up during peak seasons these 2 and 1 bedroom furnished apartments come with cable, washer and dryers, air conditioning, and heat. And you can even rent them for longer. Julie has many couples that stay there during summer months and keep coming back over the years. When I asked one couple they stated, “This place is as good as it gets because it’s so central to everything and everyone can get to anywhere they need to be easily.â€
For a great second home, or if you are moving to Maine for good, then Meadow Brook Condos on Mt Hope Road in Bangor, Maine, would be a wise choice. Call Julie or Diane Pearson at 207-659-6511. The 1600 square foot condos are unbelievably roomy and you can even choose your own flooring, cabinetry, and bathroom style. When I saw these condos I was floored at the excellence of the area and the space you get inside and out of the condos.
If you need one night or even a lifetime in Maine then call the Riverview Motel, Eagle Crest Apartments, or Meadow Brook Ridge Condos for your sleeping or living needs. Make sure to pet Ava and tell Skinny Moose sent you.

From California to Japan and everywhere in between the friendly and very knowledgeable staff at All About Travel, 849 Stillwater Ave, Bangor, Maine, phone number 207-945-0808, will help plan your trip. This group of licensed professionals will take care of the lodging, airfares, and all your travel needs. They can help with lat minute flights or planned out family vacations. Disney is their most traveled to destination but when asked, Dee Anne and her staff, would be willing to go the extra mile to plan a hunting or fishing package to best fit the needs of one hunter/fisherman, or a group of them.
The staff at All About Travel know that weather and other interruptions get in the way. So to be safe they recommend that you leave an extra day earlier, but if something does come up in your travels then this dedicated staff will be on the phones getting you new flights and hotel accommodation’s if needed. With this day and age of ordering your travel packages online, isn’t it refreshing to know when you plan your trip with All About Travel that having someone on your side if something goes wrong is definitely better than being in an airport on the phone with a computer.

After a little internet searching, reading, and checking up on this stuff I found its a pretty well established product in Canada and hails from Quebec where they have this funny habit of speaking a lot of French. Thus the name, Jig-A-Loo, and the companys claim it derives from a saying they have up north, Ive got it!
